We have exciting news. Eleanor O'Brien will be joining us on Friday night for our screening of Báite as part of Éigse Michael Hartnett festival. Eleanor was nominated for a Lead Actress IFTA for her role in this film. We will also be celebrating with members of Danú Media who produced the film and also in attendance will be the writer Sheena Lambert who wrote the book the film is based on. So it will be quite the event. The film will start at 7.30pm...please arrive a little earlier to enjoy some refreshments. There will be a short Q&A afterwards. Tickets will be limited to 80. Advance booking is available. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/gala-screening-of-baite-tickets-1999680616554

Our friend Peter has been training and collecting donations for a very worthy cause and had committed to cycle 700km to Lourdes as part of Clionas Foundation fundraising efforts....unfortunately Peters family situation has left him in a position where the need is now greater at home and will be unable to commit to the trip to France....but in true Peter fashion he intends to complete the 700km on homesoil....starting on the 12th of June....each day will be 100k approx....if anyone would like to donate to this worthy cause and send good wishes please do!!
