Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Taoist Yoga are ancient Taoist Arts which all cultivate, balance and move your energy (Qi) within the body. These practices promote healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

🌿 Classes at the Centre 🌿

Qi Gong Class:

This includes learning Qi Gong fundamentals and various White Crane Qi Gong sequences. It also introduces Taoist Yoga which is a great addition to your practice.

Qi Gong (and Taoist Yoga) Classes:

🕛 11 am - 12 pm Beginners
🕛 7 pm - 8 pm Beginners

Tai Chi Class:

This mainly focuses on learning the White Crane Tai Chi short form, but also includes the Qi Gong fundamentals.

Intensive Tai Chi Form Training: December 2025

Location: The Centre of Us, Elysium, Wexford.

Friday 12th Dec /2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th 9.30 am to 7:00 pm
Monday 15th 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

This is for 2nd level instructors only; this will be a new presentation of the Spiritual Intent of the practice (most important for instructors). I’m very excited about this training.

The focus will be the Bioenergetics of moving from 2nd level to 3rd level practices. This movement cannot be contrived but must be intended. It involves the concept of the application of non-dual awareness to the movement of QI, that is the direct involvement of upper Dantien with the lower middle as one.

This is connected to the Daoist cultivation practice of creating the womb for the immortal foetus.
Practically speaking, this is best understood within the “10 essences of Tai Chi”…the key essence here is “Use Mind not force”.

The White Crane bio energetic method for achieving the above practice will be applied to the FORM. The knowledge of the Neigong grid is key, the healing for the psyche is powerful, we are talking advanced meditation practice within the energetic of the form. The conscious development through refinement of the spirit human.

This is an advanced practice that we are now able to engage 🙏

The whole form will be covered.
