We’re all so overjoyed after our amazing day in Croke Park! We came 2nd out of the whole YSI competition, which is a huge achievement in itself. It really shows that hard work pays off, as coming 2nd out of 426 projects is amazing. It couldn’t have been done without the help of our amazing teacher, Miss Moran, who won the “Let Them Shine” award today. It was well deserved.
Our year of genuine hard work has paid off big time. This achievement means the world to our ‘UV Been Warned’ team, as all we wanted to do was spread awareness about sun safety, and we’ve done exactly that.
Well done to everyone who participated in the YSI competition. We are all doing such wonderful things to benefit our community on a local and national scale. Let’s all continues our work going forward! ☀️💪

Everyone should join the Solas Centre tomorrow, the 1st of May, in The People’s Park. The cause is for promoting sun safety, and big names like RTE and TV3 will be there. We’re there to break The Guinness World Record for the most people putting on suncream at once. It’s a brilliant cause and will make for a fun day.

We are delighted to inform everyone that we have got through to the national final of YSI under the category of health!😁 This is a huge achievement as we’re in the top 30 out of 400 projects. We are all looking forward to the final on the 8th of May in Croke Park and extremely happy our hard work paid off!!☀️

Hello, we are TY2 YSI in Our Lady of Lourdes ,Rosbercon. Our project is all about raising awareness about the dangers of the sun and how to stay safe in the sun ☀️.
