She spent 10 years working in health and well-being roles in health shops and gyms. She is qualified with a BA Degree in Psychological Studies & Italian from UCD, Diploma in Public Relations, Diploma in Holistic Dietetics & Nutrition, Level 6 Certificate in Training & Development and Colour Me Beautiful Image Consultant Certificates in Colour Analysis, Style and Advanced Make-up.
