Power School of Dancing

Power School of Dancing We cater for Weddings and different events Founded in 1982 by Joan Power, currently under the leadership of her daughter Catherine. Patrick's Day Parade.

In the interim, the school which has gone from strength to strength, started off as a once a week class and is currently running 5 days a week, in numerous locations: New Ross, Campile, Fethard, Rathnure, Rathgarouge, Ramsgrange. This dancing school has played a huge part in including the children of the areas in community events, including annual field days, local variety shows, fundraisers and t

he" infamous" class concerts to name but a few. Some members have even appeared on TV, but the highlight for many was in 2009 when the school flew to the Big Apple to represent our county in the St. We look forward to the continuing growth and success of the school in the future.

Yesterday was the final day of the All Ireland’s and a great day was had, we had our beginner dancers and some of those where at their very first All Ireland’s and they did brilliantly, we had our Erin, Fiadh, Chloe, Emma, Maizy, Paige, Emily, Maebh, Emilia, Sophie, Aoibhin, Nora, Clodagh, Caoimhe and Ava and they did brilliantly again with even more amazing results and silverware coming back to Wexford, I’m super proud of you all, the future of our school ❤️

On Friday our first dancers from the Power School took to the stage our Dean, Anna, Cora, Evelyn, Emma, Katie, Aoife, Chloe, Libby and Sharon and they did brilliantly with amazing results and silverware coming back to Wexford, a special mention to our Dean who was crowned the All Ireland Junior Boys Open Champion and our Aoife who was crowned the Age 18 All Ireland Open Premiership Champion, I’m super proud of you all ❤️
