🥈 Girls Division 1 Runners-Up

Both teams played Gaelscoil in their Division 1 finals and represented the school brilliantly. We are very proud of their achievements and sportsmanship.

Congratulations to Clodagh Finch who represented Tipperary last night to win the u12 doubles 60x30 handball Munster Final against Cork. She played with her cousin Ali Williams.

Congratulations also to Joe Finch and Gearóid White, representing Lahorna Handball, who became U13 60x30 Doubles Munster Champions on Friday night with a win over Cork. Well done lads! 🏆👏

A huge well done to our 6th Class basketball team on winning after two fantastic days of basketball. Congratulations to captain Charlotte Hanly on being selected as MVP.

We had a wonderful day of celebrations in Carrig NS yesterday with both our Coiste Gaelbhratach and Green School Committee raising their flags. A tremendous achievement for everyone involved 👏🏻
A huge well done also to 6th class in winning their basketball tournament 🏀
The whole school celebrated with a well-earned ice cream - happy faces all around!🍦 Maith sibh go léir! 💚💜

Day two of Active Schools week was packed with lots of action and plenty of laughter - we held our annual “Carrig Grand National” 🐎 and all classes had a brilliant kickboxing lesson! A massive thanks to Aidan from Nenagh Kickboxing for giving his time today 😄
