Cork Bodybuilding National Championship - results aren't too bad at all and a big surprise for me, as I changed my category Masters 40+ to Under 90 kg for the first time. I had a pleasure to compete with my teammate Eugenijus Aukstakojis, who is in my 🔥Sparta Row Bodybuilding Team🔥 So, we got 2 medals in this category - Mine being 3rd and his 2nd:)

Sweet potatoes, some boiled carrot, green beans fried with chia seeds on grapeseed oil, mushrooms with some garlic butter and onion - baked in the oven, some salad made from beetroot and apple pieces and some white/black quinoa 😋
