I’ve been doing some work on my coaching website over the past number of weeks. Doing client research, looking at my messaging and writing content has really taken me on an unexpected journey

Through working with my wonderful web designer (who’s more like a coach, mentor and cheerleader rolled into one) I’ve rediscovered things about myself that I’d forgotten about

Sometimes we take our experiences, skills and gifts for granted. Taking time to reflect on your growth over the past number of months and years can be truly empowering

Why am I telling you this?

Acknowledging our achievements, including small wins, can make a big difference to our:

*Focus
*Mindset
*Resilience

Sharing those wins with someone can be truly transformational for them by being:

*Inspiring
*Motivating
*Encouraging

Do yourself a favour, grab a pen and paper and spend 30 minutes over the coming days reflecting on how far you’ve come in the past 6 months, 12 months or 5 years
