I’ve been doing some work on my coaching website over the past number of weeks. Doing client research, looking at my messaging and writing content has really taken me on an unexpected journey

Through working with my wonderful web designer (who’s more like a coach, mentor and cheerleader rolled into one) I’ve rediscovered things about myself that I’d forgotten about

Sometimes we take our experiences, skills and gifts for granted. Taking time to reflect on your growth over the past number of months and years can be truly empowering
