Miss Ellie, like many of our Savages enjoys her screen time, especially playing games on her Nintendo and V.R. headset ๐ฎ
Every day for the past week she has dramatically reduced her screen time and replaced it with exercise - lots more time playing outside with friends, practicing her martial arts, joining her parents in their workouts and evening walks too ๐๐
It was certainly a challenge for her, but she was determined to stick with it and is now stronger physically and mentally as a result!! ๐ช
This challenge benefitted not just Miss Ellie, but her whole family as they enjoyed more family time together through exercise and outdoor time. They are continuing on with these healthier daily habits for the long-term ๐ฅ
Well done Miss Ellie, you smashed it!!! ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
