10 years ago, I took a leap of faith. ❤️

I moved my small childcare service from my home to this building on Main Street in Mullagh. It was a huge risk at the time, and I remember wondering if I was making the right decision.

On the night of the 24th July after some very long days working into the night, we were ready to open the doors on the Main Street to welcome our Little Buds.

Looking back now, it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
What began with a small but amazing team and alot of vision has grown into a service with 20 wonderful employees supporting so many children and families in our community.

Along the way I've been proud to expand the service with Tiny Buds and Cross Afterschool – something I could only have dreamed of 10 years ago.

None of this would have been possible without my husband, Sean, who dedicated countless evenings, weekends and every spare moment to helping make my vision a reality. Behind every renovation and every improvement was Sean, always willing to get stuck in. Thank you Sean Gardiner
And to our three children; Ava, Oisín and Conor– thank you. So much of your early childhood was spent coming to work with Mammy, patiently waiting while I finished "just one more thing", and growing up with Little Buds as such a big part of your lives. You've all been part of this journey from the very beginning.

Finally, thank you to every family who has trusted us with their children, and to every member of staff, past and present, who has helped shape Little Buds into what it is today. I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside such a dedicated team every day.

Here's to celebrating how far we've come, and to many more years of helping little people learn, grow and thrive. 💕🌸

We’re so excited to finally share where the next chapter of Reach is bringing us… ✨

📍 Moynalty, Co. Meath 💙🧡

We’re delighted to be opening a second location in the beautiful village of Moynalty.

And just to reassure all of our wonderful families, our Tubberclair centre and all existing services will continue. This new location simply allows us more room, and to make our services more accessible for families travelling to us from different areas (and to make Shannon's morning commute shorter!) ✨

From the beginning, Reach has always been about connection, support, and creating welcoming spaces for children, families, and schools. We’re so excited to bring that same passion and care to Moynalty while continuing to grow the community we already have in Tubberclair.
