Harp Ireland have a wonderful programme of events coming to Moville next weekend for their Summer Harps series!

There are workshops over the weekend held by the wonderful and renowned harp masters Deirdre Granville and Kathleen Loughnane and we’re thrilled that they are coming to Inishowen. Míle buíochas to Harp Ireland who is providing this fantastic opportunity for harping in the northwest - the workshops are open to all harpers (Intermediate - Advanced) and the details can be found by clicking on the link below.

The weekend will come to a close with a concert on Sunday night ft. Dordán, Deirdre & Aoife Granville and The Inishowen Harp Ensemble.
23 June 2024, 7.30 at St. Pius X Church, Moville. Tickets available below but can also be bought at the door on the night.

Delighted to have been asked to perform at Conwal Church, Letterkenny for a wonderful night of music with the Conwal Singers and Hepton Singers. We will be playing in a smaller formation on the night and it’s on this Saturday the 25th at 7.30pm - would be lovely to see some familiar faces!💕

We are practicing hard for our upcoming concerts in May, June and July. We have rediscovered tunes collected by Honoria Galwey from 1850. Honoria’s family lived here on the grounds where our ensemble meets to practice. Exciting times ahead! 🎶🎶🎶

Thank you to An Culturlann for hosting a great celebration in Derry for Harp Day '23.
We were delighted to be invited along to take part in workshops held by the brilliant Lucia McGinnis and Emer Mallon, and to perform in the concert that also featured the Colmcille Harp Ensemble and the Derry Harp Ensemble.
