The Irish Guild of Embroiderers You have found the Official Irish Guild of Embroiderers page. We meet on the first Saturday of each month in Mount Merrion Community Hall, at 10am.

This is where embroiders from all over can come to post articles, tips, photos and links related to embroidery. Welcome to all who are interested in learning more about needlework,fabric manipulation and texture, both traditional and innovative textile design, experimenting with unusual techniques and materials, and exhibiting new works. Do come along some Saturday and join us. You may attend two

lectures as a non-member before joining, door fee is €7 non members or download the membership form on the website and forward it to IGE Secretary, 199 Upper Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, details on the bottom of form. Occasionally we hold exhibitions of work done by our members. We also send out a newsletter by email to our members about three times a year.
