Carrickmacross Childcare ltd Carrickmacross Childcare Ltd. We offer full and part-time hours, e.g. 1, 2, 3 or 4 mornings/afternoons per week.

We aim to provide high quality, low cost:
-Full daycare (NCS)
-Part time daycare (NCS)
-Naíonra (ECCE)
-Preschool (ECCE)
-Afterschool🌈

Children of families already in the service will be given
priority for breakfast club and afterschool places 🧸 is approved childcare service operating from Carrickmacross Workhouse, Shercock Road.

* Free Preschool Year in Early Childhood Care and Education Scheme (ECCE) - available to all parents.
* Community Childcare Subvention Scheme (CCS) - available to parents in receipt of Social Welfare.

Opening Hours:
We are open from Monday to Friday during the following hours:
* Naíonra: 9am to 12noon
* Morning Preschool: 9am to 12noon
* Afternoon Preschool: 12noon to 3.35pm
* Afterschool: 1.30pm to 6.30pm

We also provide Out-of-School Camps during school breaks. Facilities:
* Large outdoor Playground
* Large outdoor Sensory Garden
* Snacks included
* Breakfast optional

Carrickmacross Childcare Ltd. gratefully acknowledges the support of the following agencies:
* Department of Children and Youth Affairs for funding through their ECCE and CCS Schemes.
* Department of Children and Youth Affairs for funding through their 2012 Childcare Capital Programme.

FREE TOUR OF WORKHOUSE - THIS FRIDAY @ 2.30PM

As part of National Heritage Week, everyone is welcome to a free 1-hour Tour of Carrickmacross Workhouse this Friday, 21st August @ 2.30pm.

Our Guided Tour tells the story of life, death, and emigration in Carrickmacross Workhouse during the 1840s Great Famine.

History is brought to life using an Animated Film, Interpretative Artworks, Information Panels, and Architectural Features.
Visitors see an Original Children’s Dormitory which overlooks Mass Famine Graves.

No booking is required for the free Guided Workhouse Tour THIS FRIDAY, 21ST @ 2.30PM.
