Kate's Montessori Kate’s Montessori Preschool was established in 2010. Our Afterschool Services operate in Glenahulla and Ballindangan National Schools.b

Kate’s Montessori Preschool is situated in a country location with a large outdoor area giving it a unique aspect. We have a flower and vegetable garden and keep various animals. Kate’s Montessori runs a sessional service for children from the age of two and a half to six years of age. Our philosophy is to keep our group size to a minimum in order to ensure each child receives the continuous atten

tion and support necessary in order to reach their individual potential. We facilitate children with learning difficulties and work with outside agencies where necessary. We promote inclusion by representing each child’s interests and culture. We promote family involvement and by working with parents children learn to view the Montessori setting as an extension of their own family. An open door policy exists within the setting and parents are invited and encouraged to assist with activities, events and outings.

An end to another busy week at Kate's Montessori 🥰 we were learning all about Under the Sea 🦈🐡🐠🐟 and Sports 🏅🏑🏐⚽️⛳️
We also started making cards for all the special Daddys and Grandads in our lives 🥰👨
We are all looking forward to our last week next week - there is lots of fun to be had and memories to be made 🥰

Blessed with the lovely weather this week 😁 caterpillars got to do a car wash and water fight and the butterflies got to do a water activities use the waterguns to knock the magnets off the clothes horse 😁😁 and a water fight too 😀 caterpillars enjoy learning all about under the sea and butterflies learning about the human body 😀

Today was a very special day at Kate's Montessori 🎓
We celebrated all the boys and girls who are off to primary school in September 🥰
They sang songs for their families and we all enjoyed a little treat after 😀

We had a fun week this week at Kate's Montessori.
Our Caterpillars learned all about our 5 senses and enjoyed a day out at the Farm. They had horse rides, fed the calves and collected eggs from the hens.
Our Butterflies learned all about Our Community and enjoyed a walk in Mitchelstown this morning.
