Applications are now open for the Mentoring for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion micro-credential.
Funded through the Micro-credential Learner Fee Subsidy 2026 programme (80% subsidised for eligible learners), this innovative course equips professionals with the skills to become impactful mentors and leaders in EDI contexts. Developed with Maynooth University’s EDI Office and STEM Passport for Inclusion, it blends live virtual seminars and flexible online learning with reflective practice and applied mentoring experience.
Learners will build a strong theoretical foundation in EDI, develop practical mentoring and communication skills, and design a workplace-focused mentoring programme proposal.
