Friends of this page might be interested in this event, showcasing some of the findings from the post-excavation work on the artefacts and environmental remains from the remarkable wetland archaeological site at Moynagh Lough, Co. Meath. Excavations there were directed by the late John Bradley in the 1980s and 1990s.

I had intended on going through this and editing to just the bits with John, however I've listened to it a few times now, and it is a true case of show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are. The relationship with Eoin, Heather, Helen, George, Aideen and the rest is something to behold. For as long as the megaliths have stood the work and writings of these legends will be read by scholars.
