Nei Jia, or Internal martial arts, specifically Bagua Zhang by way of the Cheng Ting Hua lineage, is taught from the inside out.
Qigong, the Taoist method of energy work (literally) is taught in slow moving exercises, involving breathing methods and considerable concentration.
