Wrapping up our visit to the Hague we visited the Kosovo Specialist Chambers where we were granted a wonderful presentation by Emma outlining the foundation and role of the KSC as well as some information on cases. We were absolutely delighted to be met by Dr Fidelma Donlon, the Registrar at the KSC that gave us some insight into her role and the importance of victim support and operational management as well as her own career path and background and finally we were honoured to be afforded the opportunity to meet with the ombudsperson of the KSC for information on the role it's competency in the KSC and his own background. Providing such incredible food for thought for staff and students!
Special thanks to Dr Noelle Higgins and the Research centre in International Justice for founding the trip, to Louisa O'Connell for her exceptional work coordinating the trip and the students and staff in the School of Law and Criminology at
Hague

We had such an informative morning at the in the Hague. We got to view the courtroom and saw where all of the trials take place and were given the opportunity to ask questions to people working in the ICC. We were then given a presentation with an overview of the ICC, its foundation, governance and processes.
