For some folks, learning over the internet, from anywhere in the world takes their fancy!
For others, they feel most at ease in the comfort of their home.
Sometimes a mix of both suits those with a busy lifestyle.
Either way, we aim to accommodate and foster an environment in which you or your child feel comfortable and ready to learn.

Hey everyone! 👋 We're Root Notes. We teach engaging music lessons for guitar, drums, bass, and ukulele both online and in-person at your home in Maynooth and the surrounding areas.
Our teaching philosophy is student-centred and focused on realising your vision and goals. That means we listen to you and adapt our lessons to your musical journey.
The root note is the foundational note of any chord. We named ourselves Root Notes because we endeavor to form the foundation upon which you start your path in music and to build a community where our students can put down their creative roots.
