Scoil Ghobnatan

12/10/2026

We are delighted that Scoil Ghobnatan will once again be participating in the Team Hope Christmas Shoebox Appeal 🎁. This annual campaign delivers gifts straight into the hands of children affected by poverty. Often these shoebox gifts are the only present that a child will receive at Christmas and the joy that they bring is incredible✨️ .
Each child will receive a Shoebox Appeal leaflet which explains how to take part and gives examples of suitable gifts to include.
The volunteers from Team Hope will visit our school on Friday November 13th. Completed boxes can be brought to school any time up to the collection date 🎁.
If you need an empty shoebox, please inform your child's class teacher 📦.
We are extremely grateful for all donations and appreciate your continued support 😁.

We were delighted to have a wonderful workshop from the Snooker Board of Ireland for some of our lucky 4th and 6th class pupils. A big thank you to PJ Nolan and Shane Gorman for their wonderful coaching and fabulous set up! The children had a fantastic day!
