🌲National Tree Week 🌲
We were delighted to welcome Margaret Mulcahy from Glennon Brothers, who presented our school with a beautiful Scots Pine sapling to mark National Tree Week.

The Scots Pine is a slow-growing native tree that provides an important habitat and food source for the red squirrel, helping to support and encourage these wonderful native animals. 🐿️🌲

A huge thank you to Margaret and everyone at Glennon Brothers for this generous gift and for supporting our school and the environment. We look forward to watching our Scots Pine grow over the years! 🌱

What a fantastic Sports Day we had! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️☀️

A huge thank you to our wonderful Parents' Association for their generous support in purchasing new sports equipment for the school and giving the kids ice-pops on the day. The equipment got plenty of use throughout the day, helping to make all the activities even more enjoyable, and we're looking forward to using it throughout the next school year.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Murphy's Toymaster, Dungarvan, for kindly providing the Parents' Association with a discount on the sports equipment. Your support of our school community is greatly appreciated.

The highlight of the day for many had to be the much-anticipated water fight! 💦 There were lots of laughs, plenty of squeals, and a welcome way to cool down after all the sporting action. It was the perfect way to round off a brilliant day!

What a wonderful celebration of our 6th Class Graduation last Friday 🎓✨

Despite the very wet weather earlier in the day, the clouds lifted, the sun came out, and it turned into a beautiful occasion to mark this special milestone.

Our graduates sang beautifully and made us all so proud. Each student received a lovely goody bag and a Memory Booklet filled with memories of their time in primary school.

As they prepare to begin the next chapter of their journey, we wish each and every one of them the very best of luck in secondary school and in all the years ahead. May they embrace every opportunity, make wonderful new memories, and continue to grow, learn, and shine.

Congratulations, Class of 2026 – we are so proud of you all! 🌟
