‘Driving force’ of youth ballet Katherine Lewis dies aged 57 The woman credited with being the driving force behind the Irish National Youth Ballet for the last 13 years has died unexpectedly, while on holidays in Lanzarote.

It is with deep sadness that I announce the untimely sudden death of Next Level Dance Center Photographer Stan .
Stan was a brilliant photographer in Ballet and much more.
A wonderful friend to me always at the other end of messenger day or night and a young devoted father to his young children.
Gone too soon.
My sincere condolences to Nataylia Alex and Stans family. We will miss you Stan and cherish the beautiful photographs of our students . Rest in Peace dearest friend.

It is with a huge sense of loss that Irish National Youth Ballet announces the death of our beloved Artistic Director, Katherine Lewis on April 15th.
Katherine was an inspirational teacher and her vision for the Company has seen INYB thrive under her 13-year stewardship. Through her boundless energy and passion for ballet, countless students from all over Ireland have gone on to achieve great things.
Katherine's loss will be felt by all those who knew and loved her for a very long time.

Due to unforseen circumstances Next Level Dance Center will Have no classes this week.
