Our event 'Our Future Our Way' will take place in the Farnham Estate Spa And Golf Resort on 13th October from 6.15pm to 9pm. Introducing another of our guest speakers at our National Women's Enterprise Day event on Thursday October 13th 2022 from 6.15pm in Farnham Estate Spa And Golf Resort - TARA WALKER, owner of East Coast Cookery School is also an Author & TV Chef. Tara grew up in a family of food businesses and honed her profession at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She appears regularly on Virgin Media One’s Ireland AM. Author of “Good Food No Stress” published by Mercier Press. Tara has also had several appearances on Ireland’s national broadcaster, RTE, on the Nationwide Show as well as on national radio. She has contributed to a number of print publications such as Easy Food Magazine, Irish Country Living Magazine, Irish Homes and Living, Image Magazine and The Sunday Times, to name but a few.

Tara regularly gives cookery demonstrations to large crowds at festivals such as Bloom, the Galway International Food Festival,

🏃‍♀️💨Are you struggling to get a quick, nutritious, filling lunch or supper on busy days?

🕐So many of us are time poor but in need of energy and fuel to keep us going!

Frittatas are a great go-to for those busy days!

🥚Eggs are full of protein, vitamins and calcium and a great carrier of flavour.

Use up leftovers and odds and ends such as:

🍄 Mushrooms
🥬Spinach
🥒Courgettes
🫑 Peppers
🧅 Onions
🥦 Broccoli

🧀 Cheeses such as Gruyere, Parmesan, Cheddar, Feta, Goat's cheese

🍗 Leftover roast Chicken or Ham

🌱Herbs always lift the flavour too- I regularly use thyme, chives, parsley and mint

🍷 Also lovely with a glass of wine for a casual supper with a pal!
