QUALIFIED Full-time Childcare Professional
Stapleton Childcare, are a leading provider of high quality childcare, dedicated to providing children with child led, sensory rich learning experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. Due to an increase in numbers we are looking for a new edition to our team in our state of the art, purpose built centre in Loughrea.
Essential:
- Relevant FETAC qualification in Childcare, Degree in
childcare an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about supporting young children's early learning
and development
- a genuine interest in working with children
- the ability to form warm, responsive relationships with
children
- a positive, friendly attitude
- The ability to develop and implement innovative curriculum
plans which are age appropriate and child led.
- Ability to implement positive child behaviour strategies
- Ability to create positive learning environments, including
resources which support children’s individual needs and
interests.
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to set and work towards goals in the workplace
