✨ Our first few weeks of preschool ✨

What a wonderful start to the new school year! 💛 We’ve been busy getting to know one another, exploring our new surroundings and making our classrooms feel like our own.

From lots of fun baking activities 🥧 to getting creative and personalising our classroom spaces for the year ahead 🎨, the children have been busy learning, creating and making special memories together.

It’s been lovely to see little friendships beginning to grow, confidence building and lots of happy faces along the way. Here’s to a fantastic year of learning, laughter and adventures! 🌈✨

💛 A little appreciation goes a long way…
September is always an incredibly busy month in childcare. It brings new beginnings, new routines, lots of change and some of the busiest weeks of the year for our educators. Through it all, our wonderful team give so much of themselves — their patience, energy, kindness, enthusiasm and care — every single day. 🌟
Next week, we’d love our parents and families to help us celebrate them.
When you’re dropping off or collecting, take a moment to say thank you, share a few kind words, or let an educator know something you appreciate about what they do. 💕
It might only take a few seconds, but hearing “I see what you do, and I appreciate you” can mean so much.
To our amazing educators — thank you for everything you do. For the energy you bring, the care you give and the difference you make every single day. You are seen, you are valued, and you are appreciated. 🌈✨

A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful families who have been part of our journey, and especially to our incredible staff, past and present. Some of you have been with us for many years, helping Cairde grow into what it is today.

We're hiring 😀
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive person to support and work with the rest of our super team.
We have toddler and preschool early years practitioner and room leader positions available.
You will need to enjoy getting messy, creative and being climbed on 😉 We have a large outdoor area so a love for the outdoors and outdoor based activities would also be very beneficial. ☀️🌈
Your role will be to support the children's learning through interactive and hands on activities, and be an encouraging voice for our amazing children 💕
More will be discussed during the interview and you must have a minimum Fetac Level 5 in childcare.
