Our Team

Norma Leane: After graduating with a diploma in Montessori education Norma set up Beginners World Montessori / Preschool in Courthouse Rd. Listowel in 1993. Following a successful 11 year operational period in Courthouse Rd . we moved into our new purpose build childcare facility in the beautiful countryside setting on the outskirts of Listowel ,in Dromin, in Sept 2004. This move facil

itated the expansion of Beginners World to accommodate more children and includes an outdoor play area and car parking facility. Qualifications / Courses:

Dip Montessori Edu. Child Psychology. Health and safety awareness training. Occupational First Aid. Buntus training. Aistear and Siolta training. FETAC Level 6 Supervision in Childcare

Breda Broderick: After successfully completing her FETAC level 5 Childcare course ,and having worked in Beginners World as Part of her Work Experience Programme, we were delighted to welcome Breda on board as part of the team in 2005. Since joining us Breda has successfully obtained FETAC level 6 Childcare qualifications and has proven to be an invaluable and integral part of Beginners World. Qualifications / Training:

FETAC level 5 Childcare. FETAC level 6 Supervision in Childcare. Children First. To ensure provision of quality care all our teachers are committed to partaking in training, updating skills, and personal development.
