Really excited to share that there will be an upcoming Happiness Program on June 21st in Da Nang. It’s been almost 5 years since I completed the first program 😊
And guess what? all of the tools and knowledge I learned still continue to help me in life today. 💪🏻 🙏
Actually the longer I work in this field of helping others with their wellbeing goals the more I understand today how Pran (a persons vital force) trumps all recipes for happiness and wellbeing.
Pran is the energy that governs all the processes in our body / mind and spirit. It’s one of the most effective ways to improve one’s health and vibrancy.
And in the happiness program you can learn the tools of how to increase your Pran through a powerful breathing process along with life wisdom that teaches how to worry less and enjoy life more 🌞
