Please everyone... be responsible!! 🥺

We have had facemasks in common use for a matter of months and already this is the reality of it.

If you use a mask, be responsible. If you dispose, cut the straps and put it in a bin... or better still get a reusable mask.

Cut anything that an animal is capable of getting its body parts stuck in. It takes seconds & could save our precious wildlife.

The small choices we make have real impact.

UPDATE - Thank you to all you amazing people who have shared this. Hopefully we will make people consider their actions and things will improve. You are all awesome

My students come from all over the world and many of them are now studying or working in Ireland, so they often feel homesick and even lonely at times. It's always difficult to be away from the people you love, but as the writer of this article discovered, being "on your own" can open up your life to wonderful new experiences. You may even come to realise, as she did, that human kindness is universal. In fact, it is often during the times when you need people the most that the most caring and loving people find you. 🥰🥰🥰

There were tears, homesickness and loneliness- but it’s the best thing I ever did
