Italian Language Limerick Italian Lessons for those who are passionate about Italy and are interested in learning the Italian Language.

Native speaker graduated in an Italian University with several years of experience in teaching to foreign students. The teaching method used in my Italian courses is based on the stimulation to learn through direct communication between the teacher and the student, keeping into account the student's age, basic education and goals. The student is the centre of my work and I develop a syllabus and a

course based on the student's needs. The Italian language is taught by using traditional and authentic educational materials and activities, such as games, role playing, debates. Learning Italian means not only studying grammar and vocabulary, but also knowing Italian culture and tradition. For this reason, in each lesson there is always a moment for sharing opinions and stories about Italy.

The verb to walk in English usually translates as camminare in Italian.
Note: in Italian when you talk about going for a walk, you don’t normally use the verb camminare. Instead, you use the expressions “fare una passeggiata” or "fare due passi” for an easy walk close to home. For more strenuous walks, you might say “fare una camminata”.
Another common expression related to walking is andare a piedi which means to go on foot.
