🥋Lead Instructor Master Pat Forde 6th Dan Black belt with over 37 years experience with twice yearly visits also from Grand Master Dominick Giacobbe 9th Dan Black belt.
🥋 Master Forde is also one of Ireland leading bullying experts and is founder of Stop the Bully Ireland. He has worked with hundreds of schools nationally helping make life easier for thousands of families nationwide.

This week we lost someone who was a true gentleman and someone who was loved and respected by all in our group who had the pleasure of knowing him. He also became a valued friend to myself . His passing has deeply impacted myself and many of our senior students.

Stephen O Connor first came to train with me in Monard while he worked at the nearby Ballykisteen Hotel. Stephen worked hard in class and while he thrived in his professional career eventually becoming general manager of Limerick Strand Hotel he never lost his interest in Tang Soo Do and reached 1st Gup Red Belt ( his next belt would have been black belt ). While Stephen was unable to train in recent years he was still valued part of our group and for me he exhibited the values of a true black belt .

Rest in peace Stephen, we will miss you my friend .

We had a fantastic day today at the London Black belt Academy Championships.

Long day with a very early start but we are coming home with 4 Gold , 1 silver and 1 bronze medals and some fantastic learning experiences .

Well done to all who took part Stephen Cullen, Luke Kelly , Ger , Kiya and Tanya O Doherty , Lexi Maloney and Mareck Upelineks

Very proud of our team who did amazing .
