Osteofit Osteofit is exercise for Strong Bones and Good Balance. The group exercise classes are suitable for Classes suit both men and women.

Osteofit is a group exercise class designed to maintain bone density, improve strength and flexibility, improve balance and reduce the risk of falling. Class Times:

Monday: 12.00 Mungret GAA Hall
Monday: 2.00 Cratloe Community Hall
Wednesday: 12.00 Na Piarsaigh, Ennis Rd
Wednesday: 2.00 Monaleen GAA Hall

Cost is €8 per class and your first class is free!

Just letting you all know that Osteofit® is on an extended break. All classes and upcoming training courses are cancelled for the foreseeable future. I would like to extend a huge thank you to all of my wonderful loyal clients who have been supporting me since 2007. It’s been a pleasure. Thank you all. Take care and keep moving. 😃

We had a great turnout at Osteofit® today in Newcastle West at the Desmond Complex. It’s good to see so many interested in maintaining strong bones and good balance. We will be there again next Monday at 2pm.
