MIC lecturer Dr David Clare is set to feature in an RTÉ One documentary exploring the life, work and Irish identity of celebrated author C.S. Lewis.

Appearing RTE One tonight, Thursday, 8 October at 10.15pm, David adds his contributions to The Lion, the Witch, and the Ulsterman, presented by former Ulster and Ireland rugby international Andrew Trimble. The documentary marks the 75th anniversary of the publication of Lewis’s much-loved classic, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and explores the Belfast-born author’s complex identity and lifelong connections to his native city, the Co Down countryside and the North Antrim coast.
