The Ashling Murphy Memorial Entrance Scholarship, established in memory of MIC graduate Ashling Murphy, is a €4,000 scholarship jointly awarded by MIC and the Irish National Teachers' Organisation (INTO) to an incoming primary teaching student who has shown exceptional talent in traditional Irish music.

Congratulations to Cliodhna Sweeney and Amy Healy who won Bronze in the U21 All Ireland Coastal regatta last weekend with their club, Flesk Valley. Cliodha and Amy are second and third year Bachelor of Education students, respectively.

Amy also achieved Silver in the Intermediate Ladies category.

Well done, ladies 👏
