We offer Further Education and Training programmes and professional qualifications in a variety of disciplines and caters for approximately 1,200 full-time and 3,000 part-time learners. Our campus is situated in the South-East of Limerick City on Mulgrave Street, a short distance from the city centre. We aim to provide high quality internationally recognised educational programmes, delivered in a

modern dynamic environment by a highly qualified and committed team of teachers. Programmes are accredited by a number of prestigious validating bodies. This page is another vital channel for us to communicate with our stakeholders, in addition to engaging with our customers directly using traditional media and the lcfe.ie website. We welcome your comments, but as this is the official page of a state-funded educational institution, we do need to moderate them from time to time. The following will be deleted:

The Arts and Creative Media Department continues its national success, with photography student Gidion Obaze named Sports Photographer of the Year 2026 at the National Student Media Awards, contributing to the campus’s impressive record of 17 wins.

The campus also offers innovative routes into Higher Education, such as the Computing Tertiary Degree in partnership with TUS, enabling students to progress directly to a Level 8 qualification.
