AFTERSCHOOL FITNESS CLUB:
⭐️Monday-Friday @ 2:30pm a new video will be uploaded.
⭐️Running from Jan 29th until Feb 22nd
⭐️Great way for the kids to stay active and have fun at the same time
⭐️Each fitness activity is 30 mins long- can be done at your own pace. Pause and Rewind as you please

Yoga teacher Claudia from Studio Fit has put together a four week programme to support positive mental health and wellbeing...

Week 1 is geared towards Primary school children.
Week 2 is aimed at Secondary school children.
Week 3 is aimed at adults.
Week 4 is aimed at Families.

This is a follow on piece from “The Wellness Road Trip” which was a brainstorm of Our Lady of Lourdes Local Education committee.

If you are aged between 10 and 25 years and would like to take part in a positive mental health activity weekly which would involve Yoga/Meditation, and you are living in the Limerick City area, please get in touch. This is our small contribution towards supporting positive mental health.

A new YouTube link will be sent out each Wednesday for four weeks. If there is an interest in an online live yoga, meditation sessions, we can look at providing these at a future day.
The Team at Limerick City CDP DEPS wish you all positive wellbeing.
