I had a really nice time on my holidays. I took barely any photos because I wasn't on my phone much at all and that felt so good! We all need a phone detox every now and again. Holidays were the perfect excuse to put work aside and focus on some me time 🌸

Now I'm back and ready for the next chapter of BBY! Big things are coming and we'll be moving to our new premise really soon. All will be revealed shortly, so stay tuned!

Facilitating a private retreat this weekend reminded me just how much I've missed this.

Over the past few months, you might have noticed there have been fewer retreats, rituals and special events. There's been a lot happening behind the scenes, and preparing to move into a new studio has been one of the biggest projects I've ever taken on.

As I looked around this little room, I found myself reflecting on everything it's held over the last two years.

Weekly classes. Full Moon Rituals. Seasonal gatherings. Mini retreats. Breathwork. Quiet conversations after class. Tears. Laughter. New friendships.

When I opened this studio, I honestly had no idea if anyone would come. There was no guarantee it would work, but I took the leap anyway.

Leaving this space feels bittersweet. I'm so excited for what's ahead, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little scared too. This weekend reminded me to pause and appreciate how far we've come.

To everyone who has walked through these doors, thank you. None of this would exist without you. 🤍

I'm taking a couple of weeks away now for a much-needed holiday before jumping back into the final stages of bringing our new studio to life. We're not quite there yet, so you'll still find us in our current little studio for now.

I'm so looking forward to bringing back the retreats, rituals and seasonal gatherings this autumn.

Here's to this little studio that started it all... and to the next chapter. ✨

Today feels like the perfect day to share this.

On International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice, I'm so excited to finally announce that Breathe Better Yoga is moving to a new home in Limerick City.

What started as a small idea has grown into something I never could have imagined, and that wouldn't have been possible without every person who has attended a class, workshop, sound bath, event, or simply supported the journey along the way.

We're currently working behind the scenes to transform the space and create something really special for our community.

There's still plenty to do, and I'll be sharing more of the journey over the coming weeks and months.

For now, I just wanted to say thank you.

This is only the beginning. 💜

After what feels like endless grey skies, we’re finally meant to get a little sunshine this weekend ☀️ so I thought… why not make the most of it?

Join us this Sunday for a relaxed little community yoga gathering in People’s Park 💛

We’ll move through a feel-good 45-minute outdoor yoga class, then if you’d like, stay afterwards for a casual BYO picnic, coffee, chats, and some sunshine (hopefully 😄🧺)

Think movement, fresh air, community, and a lovely excuse to get outdoors.

There’s something really special about Limerick city.

It’s a city shaped by strong characters and a community that really shows up for each other. And when you really stop and take it in - the river, the castle, the spaces we walk past every day - it’s actually breathtaking.

I think when you grow up somewhere, it’s easy to take it for granted. It wasn’t until I spent time away that I really saw how much this place has to offer… and how much it shapes the people in it.

That’s a big part of why I feel so passionate about creating space for yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness here. Because when people come together like this, you really see the impact it can have.

To be able to hold a class by the river, in the heart of the city, as part of something like Riverfest felt really meaningful.

So grateful to everyone who showed up, and to the Rivefest team for making it possible ✨

There’s so much here… and I really feel like we’re only getting started 🤍

I’m so excited to be part of Riverfest this year with two outdoor yoga sessions set along the River Shannon in Robert Byrne Park ✨

A chance to move, breathe, and reset in a beautiful riverside setting — the perfect way to close out the weekend.

🧘‍♀️ Session Times:
• 10:00 – 10:30
• 10:45 – 11:15

💸 Cost: €10 per person

This is an all-levels flow, suitable for beginners and those with more experience — expect gentle, energising movement inspired by the rhythm of the river.

Join us for a cosy and creative gathering combining gentle yoga and beginner-friendly crochet in a relaxed and welcoming space.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow and breathwork practice designed to help you arrive, settle into your body, and slow down from the pace of daily life. From there, we’ll move into a relaxed crochet session where you’ll be introduced to the basics of crocheting and begin exploring a simple crochet pattern together.

This session is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone who may already have some crochet experience and would simply enjoy a creative morning in community.

No prior yoga or crochet experience is needed, and all materials will be provided.

Expect a calm, supportive atmosphere where you can learn something new, enjoy the creative process, and share space with others.
