With the Perigus Energy Moorlough 10 Mile / 10K Challenge coming up on Sunday 27th September 2026, Tyrone Dippers are getting together for a wee community clean-up around Moorlough to make sure the area is looking its best for race day! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️✨

We’d love to get as many hands on deck as possible. Even an hour or two will make a big difference! 🙌

🌿 HER Outdoors with Strabane Triathlon Club 🌿

Our first HER Outdoors event is almost here, and we'd love for you to join us!

🏃‍♀️ Ladies Run Session
📅 Wednesday 5th August
🕖 7:00pm
📍 Melvin Running Track

Whether you're new to running, returning after a break, or already enjoy getting out for a run, this session is for all abilities. Led by Annmarie Mc Glynn from Strabane Athletic Club it's all about getting active outdoors in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

🖤💙 This session is completely FREE and is open to all females (18years+)– you don't have to be a member of Strabane Triathlon Club to come along. Bring yourself, bring a friend, and discover how enjoyable being active outdoors can be!

HER Outdoors is all about encouraging more women and girls to enjoy the physical, mental and social benefits of spending time outdoors, so why not come along and give it a go?

I’m deeply saddened to hear the sad news of Bernadette Devine (wee Bee), who was part of my classes for so many years through the Luncheon Club at Strabane Community Project. She was such a happy, energetic, and truly amazing lady who brought warmth and positivity wherever she went. She will be greatly missed by us all and everyone who knew her 💔

🌿 6 Weeks of Tai Chi Completed 🌿

Thank you so much to everyone who joined me over the past 6 weeks. It’s been such a lovely journey sharing movement, laughter, balance, and calm together 🙏

I hope you all felt the benefits and will keep practicing our Tai Chi walking and movements as part of your daily routine.

A special thank you as well for such a thoughtful gift from Loretta, it truly meant so much and was deeply appreciated 💚

Looking forward to seeing you all again soon for our next 6wk block 😊

How amazing is it to enjoy life, laugh freely, stay active, and make memories with wonderful people around you 💛🚴‍♀️🎶

This morning was full of cheerleading, singing, cycling, and smiles all round 😁 Proof that happiness really does come from the simple moments shared together ✨
