DMEP-Donegal Music Education Partnership DMEP provides vocal and instrumental tuition to students of all ages around Co. Donegal. About 350 people in those!

We are the Donegal Music Education Partnership, delivering the gift of music across Donegal. We organise music lessons on a whole range of instruments, and also voice lessons. We have almost 500 children and young people on the books, and more than 30 tutors. We also have a dozen performing groups, including the Donegal Youth Orchestra, Donegal Youth Choir, junior choirs, the adult choir Errigal S

ingers, jazz ensembles like the Errigal Groove and Saxtet, string ensembles and the adult return-to-music group Mind Your Quavers. It's a brilliant project, though we say so ourselves :-)

Experience the power of collective singing with Bernadette Hayes and Niamh Schmidtke in the Regional Cultural Centre, Letterkenny Saturday 18th July.

Inspired by CHANTER and the exhibition The Rain Tells Us Everything, this collective singing event invites participants to learn and perform a song about the Shannon Estuary, exploring themes of environmental care, resistance, and collective action through song.

This is a free event.
No singing experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.

The Donegal Music Education Partnership (DMEP)is celebrating 20 incredible years of the Donegal Chamber Orchestra!
To mark this special milestone, we're returning to where it all began back in 2006 in the Church of Ireland, Donegal Town at 7.30pm
