We are delighted to have Caolán from Rapid Racers conduct a 4-week athletics programme with our preschoolers and afterschoolers across both of our settings! 🎉
Physical Education in the Early Years is so much more than keeping active. It helps children develop gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength and spatial awareness, while also supporting confidence, teamwork, communication and social skills. 💪✨
Through fun, age-appropriate activities, our little athletes get the opportunity to run, jump, throw, move and explore, building healthy habits and a positive attitude towards physical activity from an early age.
We are so excited to see what our final week has in store..🏃‍♀️💚
