January 26th every Saturday for 16 weeks 10am-4pm

January 27th every Sunday for 16 weeks 10am-4pm

I would have done a online course 100% if they were around when I was looking to get qualified , I thought I knew it all had a six pack and a ego to be fair

I’d been lifting weights for 13 years before my PT course my 2 cousins were gym rats and I tagged along for 2-3 years prior to the course , I thought I was going to to get a qualification and some business knowledge

Safe to say first day I realised I knew f**k all and I’d of failed in the fitness industry and I’d told everyone the fitness industry was over saturated aswell 🤣

Time is the most valuable and underrated commodity in the world 🌍 How many things do we miss because of work , how many things do we miss because of chains from the responsibility’s of life have us backed into a corner

YOU DO NOT NEED TO QUIT YOUR JOB ….yet

You can build up a personal training business on the side , coach people in person online , start a local boot camp in a small town or village you have the power but you need to be willing to roll the dice 🎲

Inaction is an action to stay in the life you unfulfilled in , you don’t have time ? That’s the reason you need spend time making an escape , is it hard work ? 100% is it worth it ? 1000000%
