We are delighted to announce that the Bríd Festival Sligo 2024 will take place between Wednesday 24 January – Sunday 4th February 2024, to celebrate St Brigid’s Day and the official start of Spring.
The first of February marks the beginning of Spring, a time of new beginnings and thoughts of brighter days ahead. The Brid festival is an opportunity to unite communities and encourage the sharing of new ideas and collaborations, as well as valuing old traditions and making them relevant to today’s world.
The Bríd Festival Sligo is funded and supported by the Sligo County Council Arts Service.
A full programme of events will be available shortl .Venues taking part in the festival include, ArdVoltas Arts Space, Ballisodare; Hamilton Gallery; The Gate Lodge Garavoage, Doorly Park Sligo Town; Sligo Woodland School; Abhainn Studio Pier Road Enniscrone; Facet Studio Pier Road Enniscrone.
