4th Class have completed their six weeks of swimming lessons at Kinsale Hotel and Spa. Many thanks to the wonderful staff who have being teaching our children vital life skills. The children made massive improvements over the six weeks.

6th class enjoyed a morning at Garrylucas Beach as part of the Marine Schools program in collaboration with Cork County Council. Marine Schools takes advantage of Cork’s Blue Flag beach amenities and offers a memorable hands-on learning experience for children as part of their school day. Led by Cork Nature Network ecologists, children learned about tidal ecosystems, how to identify flora and fauna living on their local beach, and how to use the beach in ways that preserve the habitat for the amazing web of life that lives there.
