Wishing everyone a safe and happy summer holiday. We said goodbye to our 6th class today as they continue their journey. We look forward to welcoming new children and families for the next year. Thank you to all our school staff, families and community for all your work, generosity and support throughout the year.

Curraghagalla’s Got Talent ! Well done to all the boys and girls who treated us to a fine display of their dramatic talents. We enjoyed comedy routines, mini dramas, poetry, dancing, singing Moonwalking and even a stop action movie.

Celebration of our Journey.
What a wonderful day we had yesterday in Curraghagalla NS. We had mass to celebrate our 6th Class finishing their school time with us. We also welcomed our Grandparents to share the day and acknowledged the important place they have in our lives and hearts. A blessing of our new classroom and Sensory Room then took place, followed by an afternoon filled with chats, refreshments, balloons , cake and ice cream.
We wish to thank most sincerely all who came and joined our celebrations and those who sent well wishes and gifts.

As part of our learning for the Blue Star Programme, we organised ‘Europe Day’, which took place last Friday. The pupils have been learning about traditional foods from the different European countries and brought in a selection of foods for the school community to sample. Many pupils were busy at home with their families cooking up traditional dishes which we all enjoyed. Everyone made a tremendous effort and thoroughly enjoyed this event!
