First Day at school 2026:
Today Dromore was buzzing with joy and excitement as we welcomed back our children and staff!
A special welcome to the 31
wonderful children to our Junior Infant classes and those who joined Dromore throughout the school. I hope all their days with us will be happy ones!

Today marks the last day of our 2026 Summer Programme.
The children had a brilliant time and really enjoyed all the outings and activities. They certainly gained 'Confidence' and built 'Connections'
A special goodbye to Darragh, Jake, Aoife, Skye, Noah, Reuben and Lydia
who move onto secondary school. We wish them the very best always.
Thanks to the staff who ensured the programme was a great success.

Our 'Building Confidence and Connections' Summer Programme has been a great success this week.
The children enjoyed a wide range of fun and play based activities, including swimming, visits to the library, adventures in the park, climbing, swinging, cooking, painting, building and teamwork.
Thanks to the staff for making the week so enjoyable!

The Final Farewell for our 6th class children!
There were tears and strong emotions today as our 6th class children were given a guard of honour as they left Dromore.
What wonderful talented children, we wish them the very best always.
Happy Holidays Everyone, I hope all our children, families and staff have a great summer!

No graduation would be complete without 6th class pupils versus staff match.Everyone played their hearts out and there was a great atmosphere.
The result was so close it ended in penalties.
The pupils were the deserving winners!!
Well done to everyone who participated especially the staff who are such good sports!
