Following yesterday’s industrial action, Riley has officially entered negotiations with management. 🤝

Talks were initially described as constructive, with both sides reviewing the demands.

However, negotiations took a turn when management presented their counteroffer…

Riley’s response suggests an agreement may still be some way off 😂🐴

Four days of horse riding, pony care, stable management, games, activities and plenty of fun along the way.
