back into home cooking. Mark is also a certified by Weber grill master and runs Weber Bbq classes all over Ireland. We also run popular BBQ classes in our purpose built outside barbecue zone at Just Cooking. At our Chef's table nights you start the evening with bubbly and canapes and then dine on a 6 course tasting menu of local produce. We also offer Just Cooking at home, where we can cater for any occasion within your home or holiday home. Mark trained and learnt his craft in some of the worlds leading hotels and restaurants including The Ritz in London, The Merrion hotel, Dublin, The QE 2 cruise liner and The Four seasons luxury hotel group. He was also Executive chef of the award winning Portmarnock Hotel and golf links before moving to Kerry to set up the cookery school. The Cookery School is located in Firies, Co.
