Just Cooking Cookery School Kerry's longest running and much loved Cookery school in Firies, Killarney, Co. Kerry. www.justcooking.ie
Running demonstration and hands on cookery classes.

Chefs table evenings, 7 course tasting menu of local produce. Run my award winning chef Mark Doe and his wife Bernie, The Just Cooking School will 'add a little flavour' to your life with creative Cookery Classes that can teach you how to be the perfect "Domestic God or Goddess". With step by step Recipes, guidance and Menu advice it's a practical way to learn a skill for life and can put the fun back into home cooking. Mark is also a certified by Weber grill master and runs Weber Bbq classes all over Ireland. We also run popular BBQ classes in our purpose built outside barbecue zone at Just Cooking. At our Chef's table nights you start the evening with bubbly and canapes and then dine on a 6 course tasting menu of local produce. We also offer Just Cooking at home, where we can cater for any occasion within your home or holiday home. Mark trained and learnt his craft in some of the worlds leading hotels and restaurants including The Ritz in London, The Merrion hotel, Dublin, The QE 2 cruise liner and The Four seasons luxury hotel group. He was also Executive chef of the award winning Portmarnock Hotel and golf links before moving to Kerry to set up the cookery school. The Cookery School is located in Firies, Co. Kerry, which is only five minutes from Kerry International airport and 15 minutes from both Killarney and Tralee
