It is a friendly welcoming mixed fleet dinghy club formed in 1979, nestled among the trees on the shore of Lough Cullaunyheeda between Tulla and Kilkishen, east Co. The club runs weekly Club racing for seasoned Members of all ages, competition is fierce. Member's regularly compete in regattas around Ireland and abroad. . In Conjunction with Kilmurry Heritage Festival and as a follow on from the Quin community group open evening we are hosting an TRY Sailing Event at Cullaun sailing Club where potential members can call down and see how the sailing club operates and be brought out on one of our powerboats or bring your wetsuit and we can bring you out for a sail. Best of Luck to all the GP14 Sailors that are travelling to Belfast this week especially those representing Cullaun Sailing Club at the GP14 World Championship.
We wish them well at the event and look forward to hearing some of the stories when you get back.

Best of Luck to Pat Lawless. GGR26 Solo Sailor from all at Cullaun Sailing club as he departs for Les sab D'olonne where he has to do a few boat checks and registration before joining the start line of the Golden Globe Race 6th September. Fair Winds and following seas to Pat and looking forward to heading to France to see him at the Race start. Pats Journey can be tracked here.
