"Awareness is the first step to understanding the self. The second step is change. Understand what you intend to change and the reasons behind the change.

Knowledge brings awareness, therefore knowledge is power. Change is a process and is a constant transition towards your inner self.

All change takes place from the inside and not from the outside. Life is a learning ground for you to become all you can be.

Learning new things can be a challenge physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Remind yourself that everybody has access to the same power within, where they can find solutions to their problems, though they may need a bit of help in the form of guidance at times.

You can be optimistic and look on the bright side of things. Communicating well with people is important. Challenges in life may not be pleasant, but you know that the good side of them is that after coming through them, your character is stronger than before.

Accept who you are. Know that you are changing constantly and have changed a lot, especially since your childhood. You are right where you are meant to be."
