We had our final assembly of the year today where we took care of some unfinished school business. We presented medals to our camogie winners of the Roinn C Shield final. We applauded our Swimming Gala girls who came 2nd in the City Schools Gala. We presented certs to our fabulous Green Schools committee who did great work all year with planting, sowing and recycling. We heard our 6th class graduation girls singing their beautiful song, ‘When I Grow Up’. Mr. Ryan’s 4th class treated us to a lovely rendition of a song they wrote themselves with the help of singer songwriter Luan Parle. We also had the usual celebration of recent birthdays and Ms Quinn’s class presented their ‘Teach the Teacher’ projects. Maith sibh a chailíní.
