Kate is a brilliant Zumba instructor 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

A typical Zumba® class will feature merengue, salsa, cha-cha, reggaeton, bachata, samba, soca, hip-hop, bellydance, bhangra. The overall effect is that exercise feels more like a party than working out at the gym.

However, We will be taking classes such a salsa, bachata and kizomba which are slower and more structured than a zumba class and is directed towards social dancing not fitness.

However, I have taken on this course to further explore different dance forms!
