We have limited availability for September for free preschool and creche places for only €6 per week!!!!

ECCE Preschool: 9.30am - 12.300pm: FREE

Additional 10 hours (total of 25 hours) only €6 per week (after NCS dedication).

Part Time Creche: choose one option:
8am - 1pm or
8.30pm - 1.30pm

Children who are not entitled to free preschool years are also welcome to sign up for part time creche places.

Our Summer Camps have been in full swing for the last few weeks and we are having a great time!
We have one space available for next week: week of July 14.
We also have six remaining spaces for the week of July 21.

Camp Details:
Monday to Thursday
9am - 2pm daily
€100 - NCS SUBSIDY €42.80 = €57.20.

This NCS is based on min €2.14. Some families may qualify for a higher subsidy.

Open Day TODAY! 2-4pm 😄

OPEN DAY!

We are delighted to be hosting an open day at our new service in Ballyorgan! We invite parents / guardians, members of the local community and most importantly all our children to attend on the day!
We also welcome those enrolled in Sugradh Glenroe @ Glenroe Community Centre to attend the Open Day in Ballyorgan.

This is a great opportunity to visit the school, for the children to see and become familiar with the setting and an opportunity to meet staff and have a chat with other parents!

APPOINTMENTS

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Tracy Carrigan as Manger of our new service in Ballyorgan. She will be joined by Ms. Chloe O' Farrell as Assistant. An additional assistant is also in the process of being recruited.

We are also delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Elaine Carroll as Room Leader in our sister service at Glenroe Community Hall.

Mr. Pat Mee has been appointed as Taxi Driver for the service.

RENOVATION @ BALLYORGAN NS

We have been busy in recent weeks as we prepare to open our new service. Renovation works have commenced internally in Ballyorgan NS. In the coming months we look forward to developing the outdoor space into child friendly environment which will offer wonderful opportunities for play and exploration for your children.

The Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient running of the service on a day-to-day basis and safeguarding the continued sustainability of the business.

What we require:

✅ Have a minimum of QQI Level 6 in Childcare, Level 7 / 8 preferable.

✅Day to day running of the school

✅The ability to lead a great team of staff

✅General compliance with Tusla statutory obligations

✅Compliance with Pobal inspections and inspectors

✅Compliance with kitchen inspections and inspectors

✅Acceptance, recording and safe keeping of children’s records

✅Staff rosters

✅Daily checking of staff hours / timesheets for payroll

✅Monitoring of school classroom registers, children’s observation records, class journal and individual journals with preschool supervisor

✅Statutory record keeping for all ECCE & NCS

✅The ability to self-motivate and meet targets and deadlines.

✅Knowledge of Aistear Framework and Síolta Standards and Child Led / Emergent curriculum and documentations of the curriculum

✅Ability to work in partnership with staff and parents keeping the child at the heart of what we do

✅Ensure a safe secure and healthy environment for children, staff and visitors to our school

✅Strong communication skills

✅Excellent IT skills

Full-time (40 hours), Monday to Friday, with scope for flexi hours. Minimum hours being 25hrs per week.
